SB Group was founded by Jaspreet Singh in 2018. In its first year the company was able to deliver 6 brand new homes that were affordable yet modern to the touch.
In 2019 the company grew and employed more staff to undertake new projects. Later that year SB Group became Stamford approved builder and following year 2020 was a registered Master builder.
The company is ever growing from 6 homes in the first year to now building over 50+ new homes in this year. SB Group has now become a leading property development and building company in Auckland.
About Jaspreet Singh
Jaspreet Singh is passionate about property development and has extensive industry experience in property. At a very young age he started his own business in earthworks and landscaping. Following his success in the business he went on to study real estate and joined Barfoot & Thompson as a salesperson. He was one of the top award winning real estate agents during the period 2015-2016.
Jaspreet Singh is also a licensed builder and gets involved in day to day operations of the business making it more successful. His main goal is to take SB Group to the next level and provide affordable houses throughout New Zealand.
